As Senior Vice President Relationship Manager International Mid-Market, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, client acquisition, and portfolio quality particularly in the IMM segment.
Responsibilities:
The job holder will have accountability for achieving business objectives, service, risk and operational delivery. As Senior Relationship Manager, the job holder will need to be able to identify and acquire new customers and grow market share/wallets from existing portfolios and to achieve the aggressive market penetration and financial targets as elaborated the below job dimension.
The main objective to increase/grow market share and eventually to maximize shareholder value in line with the strategic and operating objectives of the Bank. Decisions and actions must be taken within the parameters agreed with the Head of IMM as the line manager and in accordance with Credit Guidelines, policies and regulations issued by Bank Indonesia.
International Mid – Market Segment is focusing on multi-jurisdictional clients with minimum annual turnover of USD 50 million with multi-jurisdictional operations and requiring wide range of HSBC solutions.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:
- Indonesian passport holder only
- Minimum 7 years of experience in managing corporate banking relationships
- Experience working in relevant environments such as Corporate Banking, Debt Capital Markets, Equity Capital Markets, Leveraged & Acquisition Finance, Project Finance, ESG Financing.
- Extensive knowledge and proven sales success with the Bank’s products and services, or equivalent.
- Strong understanding and skill in managing financial crime risks
- Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, communication, teamwork and influencing skills
- Ability to interact with business customers at all levels
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions
- Sufficient credit exposure experience
- Relevant risk management certification
